    Quick Answer

Featured stay: Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui. A complete review of the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, the primary White Lotus Season 3 filming location, with villa rates and the supporting hotels used for specific scenes. Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is the first property to compare for this trip.

The White Lotus Thailand hotel is the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, set on the serene northwestern tip of Thailand's third largest island. Every guest villa scene in Season 3 was filmed here, on the resort's private hillside terraces, in its infinity pool villas and across its secluded private beach. But the lobby, the jewellery shop, the spa and the dining scenes were shot at three other Thai luxury hotels. This review covers all four properties, what they cost in 2026, and which villa to book if you want the closest possible Season 3 experience.

Which Four Seasons Koh Samui Villa to Book

If your priority is matching what you saw on screen, book a One Bedroom Pool Villa or higher. The Ocean View villas are beautiful but smaller and lack the dramatic infinity pool decks that defined the Season 3 visual language. The Two Bedroom Family Pool Villas are the best fit for the larger Ratliff family suites. Beach Villas are an option but the show was shot almost entirely on the hillside, so a hillside villa is the more accurate experience.

Best Time to Visit Koh Samui

Koh Samui's dry season runs late December through August, with the best diving conditions from March to October. Avoid October and November, the wet monsoon months. Rates spike around Christmas and Lunar New Year, and again immediately after each White Lotus season airs.
